Important Note: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address at checkout. All address fields must be completed accurately. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer will be fully responsible for any issues or delays. Please ensure all delivery information is double-checked before confirming your order.


Return and Exchange Policy

Hair Extensions

We gladly accept returns or exchanges of hair extensions within 14 days of receipt of your delivery.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, hair extensions must be in their original packaging with the warranty tag and hair bands/ties intact. You may remove the extensions from the clear protective bag to check the color and quality, but returns are not accepted if the extensions have been applied, washed, cut, styled, colored, or tampered with.


Items must not have had the warranty seal or hair bands/ties removed and should be in their original packaging.


Pre-Orders

We do not offer refunds on pre-orders. Exchanges are permitted only if the replacement product is in stock.


Non-Refundable or Exchangeable

Refunds or exchanges are not available for hair products or tape removal and application kits unless they are faulty. This also applies to final sale items, free gifts, promotional items and postage costs.


Submitting a Return or Exchange

Returning Your Item:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. For Australian customers, we recommend using an Australia Post Express Satchel for tracking purposes, as we are not responsible for lost returns.


Refund Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.


Return on Hair Extension Application Services

We understand that sometimes a return on hair extension application services may be necessary.


Eligibility for Returns

Returns will be considered only if the client has only used products exclusively from our B3 Extension Repair range and if a clear manufacturing fault is identified with the hair extensions.


Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of the initial service date.


Approval and Conditions

Returns are subject to approval at the discretion of Hailie Hair. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the specified criteria.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that all hair products purchased in the salon are non-refunda.
