Yes! All hot tools can be used on our hair extensions. Always use a heat protectant like Jadore Heat Protectant Spray and finish with a moisturising oil like White Sands Orchid Oil.

Is the UV light harmful?

No. The UV light will not cause any damage to the hair or scalp.

How long will the UV bond last?

The UV bond (glue) can last 2-3 months.

A Pre-Order item is a product currently in production and not yet available in our warehouse. Once your order is placed, please allow time for processing before it is ready for delivery. All Preorders are complimentary shipped via EXPRESS POST to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

We use Australia Post and or Sendle for all standard, express and international orders. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be packaged.

Pre-Orders: We do not offer refunds on pre-orders. Exchanges are permitted only if the replacement product is in stock.

Hair Products & Kits: Refunds or exchanges are not available for hair products or tape removal and application kits unless the items are faulty. This policy also applies to final sale items, free gifts, and promotional items. Postage costs are non-refundable.
