WARRANTY POLICY
All hair extensions are sold on the condition that the purchaser thoroughly checks they are satisfied with the hair extensions BEFORE removing the warranty tag and hair bands/ties. Once the warranty tag and hair bands/ties are removed, the hair extensions are not eligible for a return, replacement or exchange. Please note you can remove the hair extensions from the clear protective bag to review the colour and quality.
In case of a manufacturing defect, we advise you to remove the hair extensions from the clear protective bag and carefully wash the hair extensions with water, shampoo* and conditioner* to ensure there are no manufacturing defects and you are satisfied with the quality. This is to be done BEFORE the waterproof warranty tag and hair bands/ties are removed and BEFORE it is applied to the wearer. Failing to do so will result in the hair extensions are not eligible for a replacement or partial refund against manufacturing defects.
Should you feel that the hair is faulty due to a manufacturing defect we request that you contact us within 14 days of receipt of purchase. We will not accept faulty returns after this timeframe. Hair extensions claimed as faulty must be returned within 7 days of requesting a warranty return. The sole determination of whether the hair extensions have a valid manufacturing defect will be made by our quality control team. Upon review, quality control’s decision on a defective claim will be communicated to the customer and a prorated refund will be offered. Once our quality control team have approved your faulty return, ensure hair extensions are in original condition with warranty tag and hair bands/ties still attached. Ensure the hair extensions are completely dry before returning.
Hailie Hair is not liable for wear and tear issues arising with the hair extensions once they have been applied to the wearer and the warranty tag and hair bands/ties are removed.
Hailie Hair is not liable for any damages to the hair extensions or the wearer’s hair due to improper application or techniques used.
The period of time the hair extensions last depends on the wearer’s lifestyle, use of hot tools, daily brushes, products and serum. Customers are reminded to be mindful of aftercare instructions and salons are advised to educate their clients to achieve the best results. All our hair extensions are 12A+ grade raw virgin Remy hair with 100% cuticles aligned. During colour processing, like bleaching to lighter colours or blonde, the hair cuticles change and can shorten the hairs lifespan. This means light or blonde hair can become dry and matted very easily. We suggest extra care is taken and that you nourish your hair extensions daily to make them last as long as possible.
Due to our hair extensions being natural raw virgin Remy hair, from time to time there may be variations in colour baths which are beyond our control. Actual hair extension colours may vary from the images shown on screen.
We encourage all clients and salons to follow our care guide for all aftercare instructions. Due to hair extensions being a natural raw one-of-a-kind product, even if all care guide instructions are followed there can still be issues that arise that are out of our control and Hailie Hair will not be liable for.
*Ensure you don’t use products with SLS, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Alcohol Denat, Ethanol, SD Alcohol 40, Parabens, Phosphates, Propanol, Isopropyl and all forms of Protein, including keratin, wheat, or silk amino acids.
