While purple, blue, and silver toning shampoos can be effective for tone maintenance, excessive use may cause discolouration and dryness in your extensions. Avoid using them too frequently or leaving them on for extended periods.
What is Remy hair?
Remy hair is a must when purchasing hair extensions. Remy hair is the finest quality of hair because the cuticles are kept intact, all running in the same direction as it grew at the time of collection. This means that there will be minimal tangling and the hair will blend much better with your natural hair. All our hair extensions are 100% Remy hair
What does Double Drawn mean?
Double drawn means the majority of the hair is the same length. All our hair extensions are double drawn ensuring consistent and luscious thickness right to the ends.
Can I use hot tools on hair extensions?
Yes! All hot tools can be used on our hair extensions. Always use a heat protectant like Jadore Heat Protectant Spray and finish with a moisturising oil like Jadore Rose OIl.
How long will my hair extensions last?
We recommend using our hand-picked products designed to care for your extensions and prolong their lifespan. By following our care guide, your hair extensions should last 12+ months.
Will Hailie Hair Extensions damage my hair?

What does Pre-order mean?
A Pre-rder item is a product currently in production and not yet available in our warehouse. Once your order is placed, please allow time for processing before it is ready for delivery. All Pre-orders are complimentary shipped to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
How soon will I receive my order?
