4. ORDERS AND CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Many Hailie Hair extensions are custom made according to the specifications selected when you place your order.

By placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that your selected colour, length, quantity and other specifications are correct.

Because custom-made products are manufactured according to your order specifications, cancellation, return and exchange conditions may differ from standard products.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the Hailie Hair website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payments may be processed through Shopify's payment services and/or Afterpay.

Hailie Hair reserves the right to correct pricing or product information errors where an error has occurred.

If an incorrect price has been displayed due to an obvious error, we may contact you before processing the order.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery details are correct and complete.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, peak periods, weather events or other delivery disruptions.

8. SALON BOOKINGS

Salon appointments are managed through our booking platform, Fresha.

When making an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and current information.

Appointment availability, cancellations, deposits, rescheduling and other booking conditions may be subject to the terms displayed at the time of booking.

Hailie Hair reserves the right to refuse or cancel an appointment where reasonably necessary.

9. HAIR EXTENSION SERVICES

Hair extension services should be performed and maintained according to the professional recommendations provided by Hailie Hair.

The condition of your natural hair can affect the suitability, appearance and longevity of hair extensions.

Individual results may vary depending on factors including natural hair condition, hair type, lifestyle, home care, product use and maintenance schedule.

Hailie Hair cannot guarantee a particular result or lifespan where recommended care and maintenance instructions are not followed.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT

All content appearing on the Hailie Hair website is owned by or licensed to Hailie Hair unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Hailie Hair logos and branding;
business names and trademarks;
photographs and images;
hair and model photography;
product photography;
product descriptions;
website copy;
graphics and illustrations;
designs;
packaging artwork;
videos;
written content; and
other original creative material.

All such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, licence or use Hailie Hair content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
