RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Hailie Hair extensions. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Hair Extensions
You may return or exchange your hair extensions within 14 days, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with the colour, length, and quality before removing the warranty tag and hair bands/ties. Once these have been removed, the extensions are no longer eligible for return or exchange.
You may open the clear protective bag to inspect the extensions; however, we cannot accept returns if the extensions:
• Have been applied, washed, cut, styled, coloured, or altered in any way
• Have had the warranty tag or hair bands/ties removed
• Are not returned in their original packaging
Pre-Orders
Pre-order purchases are non-refundable. Exchanges are available only if a replacement product is in stock.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair care products, tape removal or application kits, unless an item is found to be faulty. This policy also applies to final sale items, promotional products, free gifts and postage costs.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team at info@hailiehair.com.au with your order details.
Returning Your Item
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. For Australian customers, we recommend using an Australia Post Express Satchel with a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
